]]> This was a joint logistics project between OMA Logistics Togo and Dako Logistics Gmbh to deliver the main components for the rehabilitation of the Nangbeto hydroelectric power plant, situated some 200 km from Lomé along unmade roads.  The client, Voith Hydro, is rehabilitating the hydroelectric dam as part of a two-year project.

The equipment comprised two Transformers weighing 42 tons each which were loaded on-board a hydraulic low-bed truck to protect them during the journey.

40km of road repairs had to be made along the stretch of unmade road between Atakpamé and the Nangbeto site and escorts provided – ensuring they were both delivered on time and in perfect condition to their remote location.
