A new First for the Port of Lomé
In April OMA Togo handled the export of 10,000 mt of Managanese ore in bulk.
This was the first time the port of Lomé had handled this bulk commodity and excellent co-ordination was required between all parties – the Harbour Master, the transporters, stevedores, crane operators and port authorities.
Close collaboration between OMA Togo, the Captain and his crew members as well as the other stakeholders made this operation a success – the cargo was loaded safely and efficiently for onward delivery.
